We want you and your kiddo to be happy with Cali’s Books. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return books purchased in good condition. Warranty exceptions:
- normal depletion of consumable parts such as the batteries
- wear and tear
- damage arising from misuse of the product is not used in accordance with its intended purpose
- damaged books
If the book has a defect within a month of purchase, just send it back and we will replace it for you.
If your book has stopped playing music or music stops playing in the middle of the song, you just need to change the batteries. Batteries are a fundamental part of your books. If a few buttons stop playing music, or the music cuts out in the middle of a song, this means 1 or 2 batteries out of the 3 have stopped working and need to be replaced. In case that the new batteries don’t solve the problem, we will gladly replace your book.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will process this and send you a new book respectively. The defective book should be returned to us.
Warranty is managed by and subjects to approval by a local agent (Smartmumph). Proof of purchase is necessary. We will need an original copy of your receipt/invoice to process your request.
For all warranty claims, you are required to come down to our self-collection location.
